Reservation and Payment 💳
To book your RYDE, simply use our live calendar to view real-time availability and select your preferred tour time. Once you have confirmed your slot, your E-bike is officially reserved! Please note that to ensure we have the correct bike and gear setup for everyone, each rider must complete their own individual reservation.
For your convenience, payment is handled entirely on-site when you arrive for your tour; we accept both cash and all major credit cards at our meeting point.
Weather & cancellation policy
To guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience, we do not operate tours in the rain. Your comfort is our priority, and we want you to enjoy the views without the distraction of bad weather. If it rains at the time of your tour, we will work with you to reschedule for a better time. If a reschedule isn't possible for you, the reservation will be cancelled at no cost. For all other changes to your plans, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your bike to another rider. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our small-group tours running smoothly!
